01
Where AI is used
Depending on the product and campaign, HireEGG may use AI to generate practice questions, transcribe speech, summarize answers, compare evidence with role criteria, suggest coaching, structure CV content, and prepare interview reports. Not every feature or campaign uses every type of analysis.
02
Inputs and outputs
Relevant prompts, instructions, job criteria, CV text, answer text, audio, transcripts, and context may be sent to the configured model or transcription provider. Outputs can include transcripts, extracted evidence, scores, summaries, recommendations, questions, and drafted content. The Subprocessors page identifies configured providers.
03
What AI does not decide
HireEGG's AI output is decision support. It must not be treated as a final employment decision or as conclusive evidence of identity, dishonesty, capability, legal status, or protected characteristics. The hiring organization remains responsible for job-related criteria, meaningful human review, accommodation, non-discrimination, and the final decision.
04
Known limitations
- Speech recognition can be less accurate because of accent, language, noise, microphone quality, connection, or disability.
- Generated text and scoring can be incomplete, inconsistent, biased, or factually wrong.
- A model may overvalue wording style and miss relevant experience or context.
- Integrity and device signals can produce false positives and require separate review.
- Outputs can change when prompts, models, rubrics, or provider versions change.
05
Appropriate review
Reviewers should compare output with the underlying response, use consistent job-related criteria, investigate material discrepancies, allow candidate context where appropriate, and document the human reasons for consequential decisions. Learners should verify generated CV content and coaching before relying on it.
06
Questions or challenges
Candidates may ask the hiring organization to explain how HireEGG output was used and request human review where applicable. Product feedback and privacy questions may be sent to info@hireegg.com.
