01

Supabase

Purpose: managed authentication, relational database, and object storage. Data can include account identifiers, profiles, organization and campaign records, candidate content, interview reports, consent records, application data, and uploaded files. The exact data depends on the HireEGG feature used.

02

Groq

Purpose: configured AI model inference and speech-to-text processing. Data can include prompts, job criteria, CV text, answer text, audio, transcripts, and generation instructions required to produce the requested output. HireEGG should not send account passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated profile fields.

03

Razorpay

Purpose: payment order creation, checkout, verification, refunds, and payment status. Data can include amount, currency, order and payment references, customer contact details supplied to checkout, and transaction status. Complete card or bank credentials are handled by Razorpay rather than stored by HireEGG.

04

Hostinger International Limited

Purpose: production application hosting and network delivery. HireEGG will select Hostinger's India data center for the marketing website and product platform. Data can include IP addresses, request and device metadata, server logs, session-related requests, API payloads processed by the application runtime, environment configuration, and transient cached content. Primary application compute is intended to remain in India, while Hostinger account, support, security, CDN, backup, affiliate, or subprocessor operations may involve other locations under Hostinger's terms.

05

Customer-directed services

An enterprise customer may direct HireEGG to exchange data with a service the customer controls, such as an applicant tracking system or identity provider. The customer is responsible for authorizing that connection and reviewing the receiving service. A customer-directed provider is not automatically a HireEGG subprocessor.

06

Changes and objections

HireEGG will update this page when a material provider is added, replaced, or removed. Where a signed customer agreement provides advance notice or an objection process, that agreement controls. Questions may be sent to info@hireegg.com.
